There’s a notable difference between trees and people.
In the autumn, when the cyclical phase calls for it, the trees shed their leaves, preparing for winter and an upcoming rebirth. They know when to let go.
Humans, on the other hand, are not always blessed with this gift. We can hold on to what it’s time for us to let go of - our “leaves” - far past their expiration date, potentially harming our health, relationships, and personal evolution.
But as nature shows us, this letting go, while it can seem messy, actually offers beauty all its own - and initiates a space for harmony and new life to come.
As we gather on this sacred autumn equinox, we will examine our own “leaves” and be supported in their release - opening the gates to renewal..
Here, you will be led in a guided shamanic ceremony to be shown what it’s time to let fall - and fill back up with the healing divinity that lives within your trunk.
This circle is open to everyone - no prior experience in shamanic practice is necessary. It is part of a monthly series of healing circles, dedicated to exploring a new restorative theme each month.
This circle is held in a live online sacred gathering where you will be able to share support, love, and journey insights with the open-hearted and like-minded persons coming together to heal. Even simply being in a circle of love itself can be quite healing.
Nature teaches us about the natural beauty of release, rest, rebirth, and re-illumination. Perhaps, as we take a page from the Earth’s leafy book and shake off our own “dead matter,” we can enter a greater state of flow, health, and harmony - one that, this time, serves to enrich ourselves, others, and all of life.
