Another yearly cycle is concluding – and it certainly hasn’t been an easy one.
2025 contained more than its fair share of fear and uncertainty, due in large part to the machinations of the current United States presidential administration. And as we move together into the classically-stressful holiday season, as well as a new year bubbling over with predictions and brilliant new possibilities and opportunities, now is the time to gift ourselves some rest and sacred space to strengthen, heal, and empower ourselves to step fully into the beauty that this next cycle has to offer.
In the special healing retreat, you will settle into and experience:
- A brief and warm orientation to the ancient practice of shamanism, and the helping spirits who will be working with us for healing,
- Using automatic writing to diagnose what is no longer working in your life that you would like to leave behind - and how to use ceremony to accomplish this release,
- A guided shamanic journey to initiate a deep and restorative relationship with a nature being with whom you can connect for healing and support in cultivating a healthy and fulfilling year,
- An in-depth progressive body relaxation experience to open you up to greater internal silence and spiritual healing power,
- The ceremonial art of transfiguration – shamanically shape-shifting into your inner Source light in order to help immunize you from harmful outside energies, see the world through Spirit's higher eyes, and ignite ineffable healing and empowerment within yourself, others, and all of life.
This retreat, open to anybody of any level of experience (or lack thereof) with shamanism, is a short and sacred reprieve from the beauty and challenges of daily life, gifting you a structured space in which to unwind, breathe, and open yourself to the profound and expansive abundance of Spirit for personal restoration and healing.
A recording of the retreat will be made available to all who register, including those who cannot attend live, so that they may experience the power of this healing work on their own time.

While a recording will be made available to all who register, it is highly encouraged to attend live so as to experience the benefit of loving community space and support.
Location: Live online via Zoom.
What to Bring: An audio- and video-enabled device to attend on, something to cover your eyes with (such as a sleep mask or bandana), and a writing utensil and notebook. Optional items include a handheld drum and/or rattle, a lit candle or incense to help create sacred space, headphones (for a potentially-enhanced listening experience), and any sacred items that you wish to bring. Please attend from a comfortable place in which you are unlikely to be disturbed.
