SERVICES

By being involved in any capacity in any service (a “service” is any service listed and unlisted on this website, such as psychic readings. provided in any format) from Garrett Jackson (henceforth referred to in the first-person as “I,” “me,” and the like), you (henceforth referred to as “you,” “participant,” “participants,” “recipient,” and the like) unconditionally and irrevocably agree to the following terms:

All services are service-based; therefore, refunds are only obliged in the circumstances outlined below.​ The information provided in any service is not meant to prescribe, diagnose, or treat any medical or psychological condition, nor is it a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. While I do my best to provide clear spiritual information as it comes to me and accurate spiritual education, I do not guarantee the accuracy of the spiritual information or education given. By engaging in any service with me, you agree that you will not hold myself or my associates liable for any illness, accident, injury, loss of any kind, or other liability of any kind that may occur in connection with your engagement in a service from me. You are solely responsible for acting on the information given as part of any service in a responsible and ethical manner. ​​You acknowledge and agree that I reserve the right to deny any service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, without obligation to provide a reason. I reserve the right to change and cancel any service at any time for any reason, without needing to specify said reason. In the event of any service change, these terms continue to apply in whole. I reserve the right to cancel anyone's participation in any form in any service at any time for any reason, without needing to specify said reason. If a service date, time, or location is changed by me, or cancelled prior to the start of the session by me, recipients may choose to either be issued a full refund of their booking fee or have said fee applied to another upcoming service or event with me. I am only able to unilaterally issue refunds and fee re-applications for services held without the partnership of a host organization or facility; thus, in such partnerships, if a service date, time, or location is changed by me or the host organization or facility, or cancelled by me or the host organization or facility, fee refunding and re-application will be subject to the policies of the host organization or facility in question. A “no-call, no-show” for any psychic reading triggers the automatic forfeiture of $40 of your total booking fee, any or all of which will only be refunded or applied to another service or event of mine at my discretion. All information provided in any service-related submission is true to the best of your knowledge. All services are provided for recreational and/or educational purposes only. (Rev. July 2026)

EVENTS

By being involved in any capacity in any event (an “event” is any event listed and unlisted on this website, including but not limited to public and private message circles and shamanic trainings, provided in any format) from Garrett Jackson (henceforth referred to in the first-person as “I,” “me,” and the like), you (henceforth referred to as “you,” “participant,” “sponsor,” and the like) unconditionally and irrevocably agree to the following terms:

All events are service-based; therefore, refunds are only obliged in the circumstances outlined below.​ The information provided in any event is not meant to prescribe, diagnose, or treat any medical or psychological condition, nor is it a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Audio or video recording of any event, as well as the use of artificial intelligence (AI) summation and note-taking tools therein, are prohibited except when explicity authorized by me. You agree to pay me all set-in-writing fees involved in any event, in the time frame outlined in writing. You are solely responsible for acting on the information given as part of any event in a responsible and ethical manner. ​​You acknowledge and agree that I reserve the right to deny and cancel event participation in any form to anyone at any time for any reason, without obligation to provide a reason. I reserve the right to change and cancel any event at any time for any reason, without needing to specify said reason. In the event of any event change, these terms continue to apply in whole. If an individual’s participation in any event is cancelled by me, either a full or partial refund of their registration fee will only be issued at my/my and the participating venue’s discretion. If the date, time, or location of an event hosted only by me is changed or cancelled by me, registrants may choose to either be issued a full refund of their registration fee or have their registration fee applied to another upcoming event or service with me. I am only able to unilaterally issue refunds and fee re-applications for events held without the partnership of a host organization or facility; thus, if the date, time, or location of such an event is changed or cancelled by me or the host organization or facility, fee refunding and re-application will be subject to the policies of the host organization or facility in question. By engaging in any capacity with any content (“content” is anything published on and in connection with this website, including but not limited to content in emails replying to Contact page submissions, writings, newsletters, and event descriptions, provided in any format), you (henceforth referred to as “you,” “engager,” “engagers,” and the like) unconditionally and irrevocably agree to the following terms:
