This is a human experience. Yet we are not solely human - we are spirit having a human experience. And that inner spiritual part of ourselves can never lose its stable, centered power.
In this shamanic healing circle, you will discover a potent, immediately-applicable tool for dealing for nervous system regulation, managing triggers, and reclaiming that spirit-based centeredness.
In addition, you will be led in a guided healing experience of the practice, gently stepping beyond reactive humanness, and re-orienting in your harmonious true self.
This circle is open to everyone - no prior experience in shamanic practice is necessary. It is part of a monthly series of healing circles, each dedicated to exploring a new theme each month.
This circle is held in a live online sacred gathering where you will be able to receive love and support from the open-hearted and like-minded persons coming together to heal. Even simply being in a circle of love itself can be quite healing.
While triggers can be useful insights into where old wounds may still need salve, we can find effective ways to manage them when they arise. Using this easy disidentification practice - inspired by the work of Italian psychiatrist Roberto Assagioli - we are carried into greater internal harmony, clarity, and well-being that can flow out into our relationships, and our life itself.
