Kinship with the Earth:
Connecting with the Spirits of Nature
August 15-16, 2020
Live online workshop
Begin to form active and magical relationships with the spirits of nature!
In this online workshop, you will introduce yourself to the spirits that live alongside us in nature, including the Hidden Folk (also known as the "fairies"), the elements, the Spirit of the Land on which you live, and the spirits of weather.
Through guided shamanic journeys, you will have the opportunity to interact with these spirits first-hand, as well as learn about the insight and healing that comes from forming connections with these beings.
In this workshop, you will:
- Be briefly introduced to the transcultural practice of shamanism.
- Discover the shamanic perspective of nature, and our relationship to it.
- Learn about an element (air, water, earth, or fire) by becoming it.
- Understand how connecting with the elements can contribute to personal and environmental healing.
- Ask to connect with the Hidden Folk, the caretakers of nature.
- Begin to form a relationship with the Spirit of the Land on which you live, as well as the helping ancestral spirits that reside there.
- Meet the spirits of weather, and discover their crucial role in nature.
- The importance of the practices of partnership and sacred reciprocity.
- And much more!
In addition to learning the above, you will gather in a sacred virtual meeting space, practice the material under the guidance of a well-trained teacher, and learn skills that can be easily integrated into your daily life and work.
No experience with spirituality or the shamanic journey is necessary before attending; this workshop is open to all!
By enrolling in this workshop, you will discover and explore your relationship with the helpful and compassionate forces of nature, and understand how you can partner with them for the healing and benefit of yourself, others, and all of life.
