What is shamanism? And how can shamanic practices improve the quality of your life?

In this 60-minute live online class, you will be briefly introduced to the transcultural practice of shamanism. You will learn what a shaman is, how a shaman helps others, and where shamans go in their journeys into the spiritual realms.

You will also be led on a guided shamanic journey to meet a personal helping spirit.

No experience with shamanism is necessary for attendance; this class is open to all!

Please bring an eye covering (such as a bandana or blindfold), a notebook, and a pen/pencil. Make sure that you attend this class in a space in which you will not be interrupted.

Time: January 11, 2021, 6:30 - 7:30pm EST. 

Location: Live online over Zoom.

Cost: $5 USD.
